With an ideal balance of size and space, open and closed, the yurt tickles a cat's safety instincts. Day time naps go that much deeper when your flanks are secured.

People love the way our yurts look in their homes and with their cats! Let's not kid ourselves, while immensely practical for napping, a cat yurt is also an object of curiosity, meant to delight and amuse both you, your cat, and all who lay eyes upon it. A cat in a yurt is 100% good vibes!

Our yurts are made from eco-friendly craft felt -- soft to the touch but also sturdy enough to withstand the daily use (scratching too!) of even the rowdiest, chonkiest, most barbarian of kittie khans such as The Great Kumasai (Pictured Right)
Go Nomadic
Of course territory once conquered must be defended. With a yurt any nook instantly becomes cozy base camp. Or if you have multiple cats, the scene of a fierce territorial skirmish over the yurt itself...
Kazakh Culture
The yurt's design is inspired by my Kazakh heritage. The four crests stitched onto the yurt are a traditional Kazakh design motif used on all sorts of pretty old things. I wanted to capture the look of real nomadic yurts, so rugged but also so elegantly shaped and comfortable ~ yurt yurt!
Will My Khan Fit?
Most cats fit comfortably in any napping or lounging position. Even large cats can fit themselves without trouble. Remember, they like it snug! Yurts measure 15 inches in diameter (~38cm) -- 13 inches from top to bottom (~33cm). The door is 7 x 7 inches (~18cm). And cats somehow make entries and exits look graceful!
We Like Doing This
Kazakh culture has so many lovely traditional designs and patterns -- we look forward to adding new designs and color schemes as we grow!

Let customers speak for us
This is my second one. The cats loved the first one so much that I had to buy the second one just to maintain peace in the house! They look great, are very well constructed, and they seem to be very comfortable. The dog keeps trying to get into one of the yurts and always looks sad that she won't fit.
Terrific construction, looks great, and the cats _love_ it! Our cat hopped in for a nap five minutes after I took it out of its box. I immediately ordered a second one to avoid yurt wars between the cats.
